A rainbow themed fantasy cupcake class to teach you all the essentials for baking perfect cupcakes every time as well as learning a variety of sugar decorations and icing techniques that will ensure your bakes are always show stoppers.
All equipment and ingredients are supplied for use during the class.
You will learn to:
- make sugar rainbows, mermaid tails, angel wings, unicorn & flamingos
- colour sugar florist paste
- cover cupcakes with a fondant disc
- make, flavour & colour buttercream
- pipe buttercream in a rainbow floral swirl
