Cupcake Parties at Fifi's Cakery

Cupcake Parties are a fabulous way to celebrate with a group of friends and family.

Each party is set in our pretty little cupcake café in St Ives Cambridgeshire.

Enjoy the happy café vibes whilst enjoying a variety of sweet treats and add some cupcake decorating to your party for a fun activity with friends.

Maximum of 8 people per party.

A minimum of 2 children per party.

Please check available dates by emailing Fifi before placing your booking.

A minimum of 2 weeks notice is required from placing the online booking to the date of the party.

Open Wednesdays to Sundays from 10am to 5pm.

Please check there is availability at the cakery for your chosen party date before placing your order.

Book a table to enjoy a cosy catch up with friends, enjoying a variety of our award winning cakes alongside heaps of sweet treats, all served with a selection of hot and cold drinks.

Gluten free, dairy free, nut free and vegan cakes are always available, along with alternative milks for your hot drinks, at no extra charge.

Choose a party theme to celebrate a special occasion with cupcake decorating as a fun group activity.

With our loyalty card you get a stamp every time you buy cupcakes and when you have 5 stamps you receive a box of 2 cupcakes of your choice of flavour for free.

Frequently asked questions

Can I order an allergen free cake?

Yes, all our cakes are nut free, soya free, milk free and vegetarian cakes as standard.
You can then also have the option of gluten free and/or dairy free cakes.

Email Fifi with your dietary requirements.

Can I freeze the cake?

Yes, as the cakes are all freshly baked they freeze really well.

Wrap the cake in layers of cling film and a layer of tin foil and pop it in the freezer.

Defrost the cake at room temperature over night.
Remove the cling film whilst the cake is still frozen so as to maintain the icing on the cake.

Can I collect a cake and keep it for a party the following week?

As all the cakes are freshly baked they are perfect for a few days, though they are best eaten during the 2 days after collection, but they will still be lovely up to 5 days later.

Keep cakes at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
Do not put cakes in the fridge as the cold dries the sponges.

Can you deliver celebration cakes?

Due to the wedding cake and cake class schedules it is not possible to deliver celebration cakes.

All celebration cakes are collected from the cakery.

Can I order cakes online?

Yes, go to the Celebration Cake page on the website, select the style of cake you would like and then click on the size cake you would like and the price for each size of cake in every style will appear.  Once you have chosen your size and style of cake you can add it to the basket and follow through to the checkout.

Add the date you would like to collect the cake in the notes box at the checkout.

Fifi will then email you to discuss the flavour you would like, any allergies to cater for, the decoration details and the personalised message.
