A tailor made cake class to teach you exactly the cake decorating and baking skills and techniques you’ve always wanted to learn.

Spend the whole day with Fifi with exclusive use of the cakery and all the equipment, learning a variety of cake skills.

Each private class is designed to cater to your specific needs and as much as possible will be fitted in to the class so you can work at your pace and receive full on one to one tuition from award winning wedding cake designer Fifi.

Fifi will liaise with you to organise the class on a date that suits you and then design the class content to include as much as possible of all your cake decorating and baking desires in the one day class.

All equipment, tuition, cakes, icings and recipes are provided and you take home everything you make.
