A Harry Potter themed cupcake class to teach you all the essentials for baking perfect cupcakes every time as well as learning a variety of sugar decorations and icing techniques that will ensure your bakes are always show stoppers.
All equipment and ingredients are supplied for use during the class.
You will learn to:
- make sugar Hedwig, snitch, wand, sorting hat & HP logos
- cover cupcakes with a fondant disc
- make, flavour & colour buttercream
