This class will make your gluten free and diary free cupcake baking skills perfect, giving you our very own wedding cake recipe & all the hands on expertise you need to bake the perfect gluten and dairy free vanilla cupcakes, deliciously light and fluffy.
You will bake and ice your very own 6 vanilla cupcakes, with all your baking questions answered so you can ensure your future bakes will always be perfect.
Each attendee takes home their 6 cupcakes as well as the Fifi’s Cakery wedding cupcake recipes for perfect cupcake baking for ever more.
Each cupcake is gluten, dairy, nut and soya free.
You will learn to:
- bake a deliciously soft and light gluten free Victoria sponge
- make perfect dairy free vanilla buttercream and fill and dam your cake with jam
