Learn to make a multitude of different sugar flowers, delicate sugar Roses, Lilies, Gerberas and pipe Hydrangeas, Chrysanths and use Russian nozzles to create gorgeous floral cupcakes.
All equipment and ingredients are included to use during the class.
You will learn to:
- Make sugar Roses, sugar Arum Lilies & sugar Gerberas
- Make, flavour & dye perfect silky buttercream
- Ice cupcakes with a fondant disc
- Pipe buttercream Chrysanthemums, Hydrangeas & stylised two tone flowers
