Our most popular cake class, teaching all the cake decorating basics to ensure gorgeous cakes every time. Each drip cake is unique as each baker’s personality shines through in the details of sugar flowers, sprinkles, organic flower petals, piped swirls and creating a sugar topper. An all time favourite celebration cake.
On this cake class you will learn to:
- make perfect buttercream icing
- torte a sponge cake and layer with buttercream
- ice a semi naked style cake
- make poured fondant & create the perfect drip icing
- make a sugar topper of your choosing
- add finishing touches full of flair
