Can one tier be allergen free?

Yes, but so as to avoid any cross contamination during the slicing of the cake we would recommend an entire allergen free cake for a couple with food allergies so you can enjoy eating your wedding cake with full confidence. Guests are totally unaware of an allergen free cake as they still taste amazing. For your guests with allergies we recommend an individually boxed allergen free cupcake with their name and a list of the ingredients so they can enjoy some wedding cake safely.
