Sponge – Gluten Free self raising flour, gluten free baking powder, sugar, eggs, plant based margarine.
Icing – Butter, icing sugar

- Made with Gluten Free ingredients.
- Made with separate cake mixer used only for gluten free cakes to avoid any cross contamination with other cakes.
- Gluten Free cakes are made separately from other cakes and wrapped up before any other baking commences.
- As a gluten intolerant Fifi ensures the gluten free cakes are safe to eat for coeliacs.
- New jam pots and icing batches are used to ensure zero cross contamination whilst icing gluten free cakes.

No one could tell our cake wasn’t ‘normal’. The cake itself was stunning too, with gorgeous decorations made of real organic flowers.
